  • Rates do not include taxes.
  • Our services start once we receive setup fees, a signed agreement, NOC, and property documents.
  • For Google Ads, we offer two options: either we invest on behalf of the hotel and bill at month-end, or the hotel funds an ad account we create. Payment is due within 15 days of invoicing. Services pause if payment is delayed.Hotels on commission models must provide accurate inventory to avoid marking OTAs as sold out until actually full.
  • Minimum service duration is 3 months with a 1-month notice period for termination. Early termination requires payment for the remaining period.
  • OTA credentials are provided after service commencement.
  • Admin access to GMB and OTA credentials is needed if your hotel is operational.
  • Pricing is valid for 1 year, with a 10% service rate increase afterward.
  • Charges may apply for hotel visits or digital marketing consultations outside city limits.
  • Additional services require approval and are billed monthly.
  • We handle domain, hosting, and website maintenance; downtime responsibility varies if hosted elsewhere.
  • Upon termination, the hotel settles outstanding bills, and we transfer all digital assets.
  • Setup fees are one-time; monthly fees activate upon the agreement start.
